We are hiring! Open Position: Lead Building Maintenance Technician

We are excited to announce that we are hiring for a Lead Building Maintenance Technician. We are looking for someone to take the reigns in managing the day-to-day upkeep and preventative maintenance of all Town of Alta facilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in facilities management, including broad understanding of general maintenance tasks, such as HVAC, plumbing, painting, etc., and who can troubleshoot and resolve unexpected building systems issues. This person will also be responsible for managing and scheduling snow removal in the winter. 

• Starting wage $26.90/hour
• Year-round, part-time
