2025 Crosstow Waterline Completion Project
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed bids for completion of the 2025 CROSSTOW WATERLINE COMPLETION PROJECT will be received by the Town of Alta, via email submitted to ccawley@townofalta.utah.gov (SEALED BID in the subject line), until 4:30 PM local time on Monday, March 24, 2025. The bids received will be publicly open and read on Tuesday, March 25, 2025 at 9:00 AM in the Town of Alta administrative offices. While the complete project consists of installation of approximately 4,200’ of 10” HDPE pipe, including 1 PRV valve, the bulk of the work is being completed by a local vendor under a pre-existing agreement. The Town is accepting bids for specific technical elements of the project including sourcing the requisite materials/supplies, connecting the new water line to the Town of Alta mainline, installing the PRV valve, and disinfecting the pipeline. The project work area is on USFS land and is in Alta Ski Area’s Special Use Permit, along the crosstow corridor connecting the Albion Base Area of the Wildcat Base Area.
Bids will be received for a single prime contract. Bids shall be on a fixed price, as indicated in the Bidding Form.

No pre-bid conference will be held.
Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders.
